Tomorrow I go back to see my neurosurgeon and I plan on packing a picnic basket lunch for Adam and myself. We usually make it a date...go out to dinner and just enjoy eachother for the day. Do the shopping that needs done and then go home. But, since I started the weightloss and so far I am doing very well....I think that I will just plan a picnic. It has been pouring down rain for the past 3 days and the weather looks like it will be that way even tomorrow; but, that is OK we will just eat in the Pick up.
I have already made the deviled eggs, cut some cheese slices, 3 different kinds, fried some bacon and will make some oopsies for our bread. I have washed out the thermous and will make the pumpkin pie coffee and cream, I have also added 2 apples, 2 cans of the shasta diet grapefruit pop....they have splenda in them. Adam can eat the pumpkin pie while I am in with the doctor.
Yes, all in all it will be a great day!
I know just by the way that my clothes feel and the inch loss that I am going to be pleased with what the doctor's scale has to say. :-)

That oopsie is soooooooooo good!
I make 6 oopsies every day and last night I ran out of cream cheese; so I used the left over bacon and green onion cheese ball that I have been nibbling on. I used the 3 ounces of that instead of just the cream cheese and eggs.....I could not believe how good that hamburger was. All in all the entire burger was probably 4 carbs. I know it was not more than that.
Adam and my Granddaughter ate one. Now they know what I am talking about.
No wonder this woman's oopsies are sweeping the nation!
They are filling and I plan on continuing them even after all the weight is lost.

1st measurement loss since the 1st day of the New Year
woooooooooooooooooohoooooooooooooooooooo!!!!
4 inches off my waist
3 inches off my rear end and almost 3 off from my thieghs.
I can really feel it in my clothes.
I get weighed on the 13th at my doctor's office.
I haven't been able to measure my breast and chest because of my right arm, so I will have Adam do that tomorrow.
I AM SO HAPPY!!!!

HOW LONG WITH JUST 20 CARBS?
Carb Counting Rules of Popular Low Carb Diets
The Atkins diet permits a daily carb-total of just 20 grams, during the induction phase of the plan. In the second phase, known as Ongoing Weight Loss, you add another 5 grams of net carbs (digestible carbs) a day, in weekly increments. You keep adding 5 grams of carbs until your weight loss ceases, at which point you will have attained your carbohydrate-balance - normally 40-60 grams of carbs per day.

SO FAR SO GOOD!!!
I began the new eating life change style on the 1st and so far so good!
On the 1st:
I made the oopsies...the recipe makes 6
I had 1 with cream cheese and it was good.
Then I had a chicken breast and an other oopsie
For dinner I had an oopsie and ham sandwich
I do drink coffee even though it says not to for the 1st 2 weeks...my body would have a major freakout!
I also drink 2.....44 ounce bottles of water with a can of diet with splenda grapefruit pop in them. I don't know why; but, I just hate plain water.
~~~~~
2nd:
made some fresh oopsies
cheese and jalopena omlette
coffee
water
then I had 2 oopsies with turkey like a sandwich
For dinner I finished the omelette with the remaining 2 oopsies
~~~~
3rd:
Made the oopsies
had a sausage and egg with cheese oopsie sandwich
later I had an oopsie with egg salad on it and YUMMMMM!!!
For dinner I had 2 boiled eggs, green salad, some pork roast and an oopsie
Always the coffee and the {2} 44 ounces of water
I did eat an apple and I enjoyed it even though 1 apple has over 40 carbs; but, I have been doing so good that I decided that I could treat myself.
~~~~
Today which is the 4th:
I made Adam his big hashbrowns, eggs and bacon breakfast.....I had an oopsie
2 boiled eggs
bacon and some salsa on the eggs
Now I am ready to eat lunch and I am having an oopsie, slice of ham, and some cheese. Finishing my coffee from this morning and always the water.
I am still in Ketosis and have not been hungry at all. That tells me that I am doing this right! Yeahhhh for Ramona.
GOOD MORNING AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YA!!
And that is exactally what I kept reminding myself of this morning.
Just as our feet were about to hit the floor this morning the electricity went off.
My first thought~~~"OH MAN! I KNEW THAT I SHOULD HAVE MADE THE OOPSIES LAST NIGHT!" Never had an oopsie before in my life; and was so looking forward t getting them made and starting right in on losing this fat.
No way to prepare the oopsie recipe and bake them; so I laid there for a while watching the wind tear the trees up and a thought came into my mind and I just stayed silent and let it come. I jumped out of bed; grabbed the flashlight and got some note book paper. I wrote down all the thoughts that came into my head while I watched the storm.
I plan on adding that to my morning coffee blog and the Little house on the prarie blog space.
When I was all done with my thoughts that sounded like a lot of New Age and tree hugger stuff....I laughed aloud. This must be where they come up with their ramblings.
Then I thought of how much God is in control of every little thing and deatail of our lives. What an awesome thought and the heart to receive such things.
Now that the electricity is on I will start making the oopsie recipe and let you know how good they are.
Yep! God is in control and today is the first day of this fat loss.
